Ingredient intelligence
Every formula begins with understanding the ingredient.
Kinnale selects ingredients according to their function, quality, compatibility, documentation, and contribution to the final product experience.

Documentation status
Before EU launch, Kinnale collects and reviews the full supplier document pack for each ingredient: supplier identity, Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheet, allergen information, impurity statement, non-animal-testing declaration, and origin documentation. This documentation is required for the Product Information File and is completed as part of the safety-assessment process rather than shown as a public checklist.
A compelling story is not enough.
For Kinnale, an ingredient must meet several requirements before it becomes part of a commercial formula.
Identity
The exact material, botanical name, source, and supplier must be known.
Quality
The ingredient must meet defined physical, chemical, and microbiological specifications.
Documentation
The supplier must provide the information needed for safety and regulatory review.
Compatibility
The ingredient must remain suitable within the final formulation and packaging.
Purpose
Every ingredient must have a clear technical or consumer-experience role.
Inside the formula.
The final Kinnale Herbal Gold formula will be explained ingredient by ingredient using plain language — INCI name, common name, function, source, supporting documentation, allergen information, and the role each plays in texture, stability, preservation, fragrance, or skin feel.
Botanical actives
Ingredients selected for their botanical identity and relevance to the product concept.
Emollients
Ingredients that help soften the skin and improve the feel of the formula.
Humectants
Ingredients that help support water retention in the outer layers of the skin.
Emulsifiers
Ingredients that help combine oil-based and water-based components into a stable cream.
Texture agents
Ingredients that influence thickness, spreadability, and after-feel.
Preservation system
Ingredients used to protect the product from microbial contamination.
Fragrance components
Ingredients that contribute to the product's sensory identity.
Full INCI and supplier documentation will be published once final.
Responsible sourcing is a process, not a slogan.
Kinnale's sustainability approach will be based on measurable supplier information rather than broad environmental claims. We aim to document:
- Country and region of origin
- Agricultural or cultivation method when available
- Supplier traceability
- Processing location
- Packaging material
- Transport route
- Waste-reduction opportunities
- Supplier environmental practices
